About

Maggie Liu, LMFT

I believe that powerful healing can happen in relationships. My favorite part of being a therapist is building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I feel honored when clients share their experiences and inner world with me, and when I have the opportunity to witness their joy, pain, and amazing growth. I value integrity, connection, slowing down, and acknowledging cultural and systemic issues that impact our mental health, and these values have informed my work in therapy both as a client, and as a therapist. My style is warm, empathic, and intuitive. My work draws from attachment, mindfulness, family systems, and psychodynamic theories.
